the new buyer at closing and the second half will be paid by the tenant
to the new buyer on September 1, 2012.
~ It will be the buyer(s) responsibility to serve termination to the tenant
prior to September 1, 2012 if so desired.
~ It shall be the obligation of the buyer to report to the Henry County
FSA office and show filed deed in order to receive the following if applicable:
